Music has been part of Brendons life for the past 20 years. He plays keyboards and accordion and in his early years he joined his twin brother to entertain guests at home and at the Greenroofs Tavern. He then moved on into the country music scene where the country music clubs provided an opening to be involved in backing bands. Brendon travelled throughout New Zealand and South Australia and went to Tamworth backing

entertainers Suzanne Prentice, Maureen Thompson, Patsy Rigger, Grey Bartlett, John Grenell, Rodger Tibbs any many more local artists.

He has played in local bands Titan, Domonaos, Perfect Alibi and Vision and is currently in the five piece band Bandit. Brendon can add to his long list of achievements the musical direction for Mercury TV of the local country show “Yall Come”. He plays in the backing band for the Southland Musician Clubs local theatrette productions and is always looking for greater challenges which led him to be involved in the “Pipin’ Hot” backing band.
