The Pipe Band Members | Contesting | Uniforms | Band History Neil Mogey Neil Mogey became drum sergeant of the City of Invercargill drum corp in 2001. Formally of the world-famous Royal Scots Dragoon Guards, Neil served nine years with the regiment as a soldier and musician.
